Another big congratulations to the backbone of KU functionality. Not only is Alexa an incredibly organized, intelligent and admirable leader on the team, but she is also a beam of positivity for each and every one of her teammates.

Another big send off to the one and only… Grace! Grace is an incredibly talented skier and supportive teammate. Grace is the kind of teammate that you want on the dock with you before skiing. She is a calming energy and a true gift to the team. Grace is kind and, just like her name, she carries herself with grace.

Congratulations to this kid. Colin is an incredibly driven waterskier, teammate, and student. Whether it’s through his silliness at tournaments or his focus in executive meetings, Colin knows a lot about KU waterskiing and most importantly his teammates. He takes the time to get to know each and every skier on the dock, and he will be missed dearly! Congratulations C Dad!

KU waterski is a lot of fun! Not only is the sport an incredible mix of mental/ physical challenge, teamwork, and consistency… but the people and the communities that extend even beyond KU are what really makes it!

At KU Waterski, our team feels like family. Having travelled over plane, car and ski is the perfect way to bond with high energy and positive people with a passion for cheering on each other’s success’s!

Happy Father’s Day to all of the incredible ski team Dad’s! Thanks for cheering us up and cheering us on through every fall, PB, and everything in between!

Up first: Luke Hamilton!

This silly guy is the backbone of KU hacky sack. A true leader on and off the dock. Not only is Luke an absolutely incredible skier, but he is an incredible human being. He cheers us up, and has been dubbed “fem dad mom”. His presence will be truly missed in these upcoming seasons, but we are so grateful for you, Luke!!!

This past weekend the Sprayhawks competed in Du Quoin, Illinois at the Saluki Shredfest! It was a BEAUTIFUL weekend filled with lots of joyful memories ☀️🐎🎪 Thanks for hosting !

KU placed 2nd overall! 🏆 Senior .leff placed first for women’s overall!

This wraps up our regular spring season tournaments but look out for some talented Sprayhawks in Sacramento for All Stars! 👀🌟

This past weekend the sprayhawks had the incredible opportunity to honor Levi Ward’s legacy at our home tournament! ❤️💙💛 The team had an awesome time and skied incredibly well!

Today marks 4 years without Levi. He was an incredible teammate. Levi’s Legacy will forever be held in the hearts of the KU Waterski Team.

Every year we hold a spring tournament titled: “The Levi Ward Memorial Tournament” in his honor. Our competitors will be thinking of him during every pass and jump this weekend.
