Saturday Night Sound Bath is back at YBY 💛

It’s kind of crazy how calming just 10 seconds of sound bath is, let alone a full hour!

Come join chelsea | kc yoga + sound baths on Saturday the 19th for an opportunity to slow down, settle in, and reconnect. Through the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, drums, rattles, and other instruments, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative meditative state.

This practice creates space to quiet the mind, release tension, and cultivate a greater sense of balance, presence, and possibility 😌

This opportunity is available on a donation basis, with a suggested contribution of $20. You are welcome to give more, less, or simply join us as you are. No pressure- everyone is welcome! We’ll see you there 🙌🏻
