“I came to pole with no dance experience, and that journey completely transformed how I see my body and what I believed it was capable of.
My approach is rooted in foundational movement that promotes longevity, builds a strong body-mind connection, and meets students wherever they are: from complete beginners to advanced dancers. I’m Liquid Motion certified with a background in athletic training and sports, which shapes how I think about movement, safety, and sustainable progress.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all in pole, and that’s exactly what makes it beautiful. My goal is to create a space where you feel both challenged and supported, one where you bring your own strength, your own body, and your own story to every movement.

“I started my pole journey to build upper body strength—but it quickly turned into a full-on love affair with strength and conditioning, especially when it comes to pole and staying strong for the long run! I love creating dynamic static combos (usually 7+ moves!) that challenge stamina and keep things exciting. And if there’s an opportunity to sneak in a pole-assisted handstand…you know I’m taking it!
One of my favorite parts of teaching is finding creative modifications and alternate options so everyone in class can feel successful and empowered, no matter where they’re starting from. I feel so lucky to teach both in person once a month and online—it’s the best of both worlds!
I also genuinely love the variety of classes our studio offers—there truly is something for everyone. And I always encourage my students to explore classes with different instructors—it’s such a great way to grow, learn new styles, and become a more well-rounded poler.”

Perfect for advanced beginner through advanced pole students!
In this class we do a brief warmup and jump right into the choreography of the chosen song. The choreography will be broken down and focused on taking your pole technique into sexy movement!
The class is aimed at those who have taken movement classes and have dance background — it is not a heels technique class. Come dance with us and get your sexy on!
Dress Code: In order to stick to the pole you need skin— you must wear short shorts or spandex b***y shorts that come down no lower than mid thigh. A sports bra with a tank top, spaghetti strap top, or tee shirt is mandatory. For men you must wear shorts and a tank top or tee shirt. Dress code is strictly enforced.
Do not apply any body lotion the day of your class— it will affect your grip and damage the finish on the poles. No rings or bracelets. Please bring a yoga mat for warmup.
