This project gives Hidden Valley something the club has never had: a complete, professionally documented picture of where we stand today and a data-driven roadmap for the next 20 years.

For the first time, our turf, irrigation, drainage, and maintenance operations will be evaluated in-season by a credentialed agronomy professional and documented in a standalone report โ not informal observation, but a written record we can act on and reference for years.

Every capital asset on the property โ the course, clubhouse, maintenance facility, and other structures โ will be inventoried and assessed for condition, remaining useful life, and future replacement cost. This gives us, for the first time, a real long-range funding model instead of reacting to capital needs as they arise.

This fall, the NGF and FRA team will be on-site conducting the agronomic and physical assessments that form the foundation of this work. From there, the full written reports and Strategic Master Plan will follow, culminating in a complete presentation of findings to our key members of the management team for the club.
