For our basketball mini camp. We will work with these young ballers on developing/enhancing their skills, competitive skill games, 3 on 3, 5 on 5 and evaluating some for our new developmental teams.

Just want to send a huge Congratulations to .0g for getting a call up to the of the G League. I watched him and his dad consistently be in the gym and I got the privilege to work and coach him through the years. His patience was a virtue and continuous work ethic got you there. It’s great to see one of your own get an opportunity that many can’t get. Continue that work ethic and do the things others won’t do!

Enjoyed my time watching this young lady play today. As a trainer you want to see if your trainers has been doing the things you worked on in the game but also look to see what other things they need to work on. Can’t wait to get back in the gym with her, love her work ethic.

Late post from our workout yesterday. I will tell you these young ladies were the life of the party but I am proud of them for working so hard. As a trainer that’s all you ask.
