But let’s be clear about something…

Our goal at Anders Soccer Club is not to spend 12 months developing players just to replace them at tryouts.

Too often in the club world, players become disposable. Clubs wait until the end of the season searching for the “next best thing” instead of investing in the players they already committed to.

We believe there’s a better way.

At ASC, our priority will always be our players. We are committed to developing, mentoring, and pouring into each athlete year-round — not just when it’s convenient.

Yes, tryouts are open. Yes, we welcome families who align with our vision. But our foundation is loyalty, development, culture, and long-term investment in kids.

Most importantly, our identity is in Christ.

That means we want to build something bigger than wins, rankings, or status. We want to develop confident athletes, strong teammates, and young people who know their value goes far beyond the field.

We know this approach may look different from much of the club soccer world — and that’s okay.

We’re here to make a change.

Some chapters are hard to close because of the love and purpose poured into them.

We know this decision was not easy, and we honor the impact MPFC had on so many families, players, and this community. Coach Andy and his family built something meaningful, and we’re grateful they’re continuing their journey with Anders Soccer Club.

At ASC, we believe God guides every season — including the hard transitions and new beginnings. We’re thankful for the trust being placed in our club and look forward to continuing to build a culture rooted in faith, family, and development on and off the field.

Life changes. Priorities shift. Seasons end. And sometimes, we have to pivot — even when it hurts.

While this chapter with MPFC is closing, our love for the game and this community isn’t going anywhere. Coach Andy, Rye, and Addi will still be around — just down the road continuing the journey with Anders Soccer Club.

Thank you for the memories, the friendships, and the years spent in black and gold. We’ll forever be grateful for this era and everyone who made it so special. 🖤💛
