My birthday fundraiser is for epilepsy research. We lost our son to EPILEPSY 4-years ago. A foundation was established to honor his memory by helping those who are affected with this disease. Our mission is to educate and assist those who are new to epilepsy, with how to recognize and understand this condition and how to deal with it; and to also assist with research. We have trained individuals in seizure recognition and first aid and raising monies for research. WE CAN CONTINUE TO DO THIS WITH YOUR DONATIONS.

The Charleston R.S. Russell Foundation recently donated 75 crib sheets (Fitted and regular) to the NICU of Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis. Making the donation on behalf of the Foundation was Nurse Patricia Russell-Morris of the CRSR Foundation.

The Foundation has made donations to children in Liberia and the US. Donated items in Liberia, included, food, clothing, school supplies, and food to children in the Paynesville, Liberia area. Making these donations was Brenda Boayue of the CRSR Foundation.

The Foundation has also continued to assist with co-pays, transportation to and from medical appointments, food, clothing, etc.

There is a need for financial and other assistance for children with health issues and also with their basic needs for survival. The foundation is focused on helping with meeting those needs.
