We'd also like to congratulate Jabruan on earning another stripe on his belt! ⭐ Every stripe represents progress, consistency, and a commitment to getting better one class at a time.
Tonight was a great reminder of what makes our academy special. Teammates pushing each other, celebrating each other's successes, and growing together on and off the mats. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it another fantastic night of training.

Today was a special day at Gracie Barra Lawrenceville as we recognized the hard work, consistency, and commitment of our adult students with new stripes and belts.
A promotion is more than a new rank. It's a reflection of the hours spent on the mats, the lessons learned through victories and setbacks, and the dedication to becoming a better version of yourself every day.
With every stripe and every belt comes greater responsibility. Responsibility to lead by example, help newer students, uphold the culture of our academy, and continue pushing yourself to grow both on and off the mats.
The higher the rank, the greater the expectation. Not because you've arrived, but because others are now looking to you for guidance, encouragement, and leadership.

What an incredible day on the mats!
Today we celebrated the hard work, dedication, and growth of our Little Champs, Juniors, and Teens as they earned their next stripes and belts. Every promotion represents countless hours of training, learning, overcoming challenges, and refusing to quit when things got tough.
It's easy to see the new belt. What's harder to see are the early mornings, the extra rounds, the focus during class, and the perseverance that got them here.
We are proud of every student who stepped forward today. Whether you earned a stripe, a new belt, or are still working toward your next goal, remember that progress is built one class at a time.

Another great day on the mats for the GB Lawrenceville family! 🥋🔥

Today, Ellis, Camilo, and Mateo stepped up to compete at Newbreed with Professor Nielsen in their corner. We're proud to announce that Ellis and Mateo both battled their way to 🥈 Silver Medals, while Camilo put on an outstanding performance and brought home 🥇 Gold!

Win or lose, it takes courage to step onto the competition mats, and we're proud of all three athletes for representing our academy with heart, discipline, and determination.

Back at the academy, the next generation was hard at work too! Little Ellie and Little Julia spent their class with Coach Chris learning new techniques, building confidence, and having fun while developing their jiu-jitsu skills. Every champion starts somewhere, and it's awesome watching these young students grow each week.

From our smallest students to our competitors on the podium, today was another reminder that progress happens at every level.
