Learning new skills, techniques, and life lessons at Choe's HapKiDo Martial Arts Grayson challenge students to go past their comfort zones.

Examples can include learning how to roll and flip, flying over objects to kick a target, answering questions in class, demonstrating techniques, leading class exercises, and training with students from all walks of life.

Classes may be challenging and unpredictable, but we guarantee students have the time of their lives working towards Black Belt and beyond!

Martial Arts Myth- You have to be athletic to train in Martial Arts

There are many sports and activities that require you to be naturally athletic; however, Martial Arts is not one of those.

One of our favorite things about Martial Arts is the fact that anyone with an "I CAN DO IT" attitude can achieve success. Students of all ages, shapes, and sizes come to us because Martial Arts is an individual sport that allows students to focus on constant improvement of themselves.
