Helping other people become the healthiest, and happiest person they can possibly be!

PATIENCE. Something 99% of us don’t want to hear or have. We set a goal & you want it right then and there... To achieve any health, wellness, fitness, goals you have to be PATIENT. You didn’t get to where you currently are over night, so don’t expect your dream/goal to happen over night. BUT know that it WILL happen as long as you stay CONSISTENT. Happy Monday friends ☀️

Happy Sunday friends ☀️ I hope you got up and moved your body in some way today. 🏃🏽‍♀️

This quarantine life definitely hits different.😬

What are you doing to make the best of it?

Happy hump day famm. 🐫 💪🏽

Been in a rut with EVERYTHING lately. But that’s okay. Focusing on putting myself first for pretty much everything & noting that it’s perfectly fine to be selfish. 💜

On another note. Ya girl is super sore. 🥴 Like all the time now. LOL 😆 Ever since I’ve started my break from powerlifting training & really mixing up my workouts my body is like hold up this is cray cray. 👌🏽 && I’m kinda liking it.

Been loving sharing the journey more and more with you guys on my stories, so I’ve taken it a step further and created a new Highlight on my page titled “home workouts”. Im training at my house 90% of the time right now & sharing it with you is helping me stay accountable!

Also tracking my personal fitness journey all of 2020 in the highlight “2020 fitness” in case you want to follow along with that. 🤷🏽‍♀️ & HEY maybe join me on this journey!

If you’re in a rut... or feeling down... remember WHY you started, HOW you feel when you accomplish something, and keep pushing forward. 🥰

👙CURRENT BODY: CURRENT GOALS👙

If you’ve been watching my stories lately, I’m making it an effort to be more present with sharing my journey this new year. 2019 brought a lot of change & stress over me. And i let it get the best of me to be honest. I put on roughly 5-7 pounds.

I got really in check with myself over the past few weeks, and I’m doing what I need for ME. 👏🏼 I love my body, & I also love the challenge that I can give to myself.

GOALS: lose 12-15lb of body fat. Continue to be strong inside & out. Become the best version of me possible.

✨ Protect your energy, you are in control of who/what is allowed in your life. ✨

HEALING...comes from within.

Feeling and looking your best isn’t going to happen when you reach your “goal body” if you haven’t worked on your mindset and loving yourself first.

Lately I’ve been hating on my body inside and out. There’s been a lot of contributors to this state of mind for myself... stress eating. I Had to break from powerlifting (docs orders). Travel. Work. Etc. I sort of got lost in the sauce and my health went down with it too.

BUT It’s okay to have those times. And all feelings are always valid and okay, but you’ve got to do something about it if you don’t want to stay stuck in the same spot over and over.

I haven’t been on a scale in a little over a month. Currently not worried about it nor will i be getting on one for a few more weeks as I start prepping for USAPL state championships in February. Expect a lot more documentation from me on this journey.

It brings me back to life when I have a goal, specifically a powerlifting meet to train hard for. It brings me a lot more focus, awareness, and love for my body for all the crazy things that it’s capable of.

Consider these... before pics... as I embark on this new chapter of life and training. 🙌🏼 And if you’re tired of being tired. DO something about it boo 👏🏼 @ Walton County, Georgia

EMBRACE the process & the journey ✨
EMBRACE the thick thighs
EMBRACE the cellulite
EMBRACE the belly rolls when you sit down
EMBRACE the tough days in the gym.

Start embracing every part of the process because NOTHING happens over night && there are better things to focus on that picking yourself apart!

Pretty nervous to post this for some reason . 😳

Confused on health/fitness 👉🏽 found a healthy balanced life & a form of fitness I love.

Its amazing what can happen when your open to new things & want to make a change. I gave up on the left. I had the negative self talk that “this was just who I’m supposed to be” I felt bad, overweight, sluggish, weak, etc.

I’m more confident on the right than I’ve EVER been! I’ve released 23+ pounds, put on lean muscle, cleared painful acne, and love the skin I’m in.

Do you ever feel like you just want to give up on everything? So did I. My plan was to say eff it, eat my feelings, stop working out, and hope for the best. 🤦🏽‍♀️ That doesn’t have to be an option for you.

What you don’t need right now is motivation. You NEED a WAKE UP CALL ☎️! It’s what It took for me! And if you haven’t had one yet, let this be it for you. It’s okay to feel confused & not know where to start, but you’ve got to do SOMETHING. We all make time for what’s a priority in our lives whether its netflix, a night of partying, getting your health and fitness on track, or developing a balance of it all. Its TOTALLY up to you. ✨ but if i can YOU can!

How do you kickstart your week? ✨

Mondays are sort of like most people’s Sundays for me. Most of my working life I’ve had to dread Monday. Wake up early and go to a job that I hated. When I started my business I knew I wouldn’t ever do that or have that feeling again. 🙌🏼

Grateful that I make my own schedule now and work for ME, Monday is an “off day” I prepare for the rest of the week, program workouts for clients, catch up on calls, chat with peeps about starting their nutrition journey, etc. Monday is actually my favorite day of the week.

Today I’ve been getting folks ready for the BIRTHDAY CAKE shake re-launch tomorrow and making sure everyone is prepared this time. 😂 Including myself (need to order double this time!). we sold out in 2 days last time. 😳

This nutrition is SO easy/healthy & the fact that we get cool flavors like this motivates me even more on my health journey for the simple fact that I think I’m drinking cake batter for Breakfast but totally not. 🍰🙀

Make sure you message me to pre-order so there are no disappointments this time, because girl I have no clue when or if we shall see birthday cake again! ✌🏽✌🏽 @ Walton County, Georgia

Why cutting my hair gave me my confidence back. ✨ && how I deal with hardships.

I’ve been attached to my hair for my ENTIRE life. I let it define me in so many ways. It sounds small, but I’ve heard lots of women express the same feelings.

I asked myself “why is it so important for me to even have all of this hair?” Haha well it wasn’t.

Going through this new cycle of life. I’m creating new energy for myself. I made the decision that my hair was weighing me down as well. I’ve recently lost my confidence but kept my long hair because i thought it made me pretty. 🤦🏽‍♀️ as if your hair controls how pretty you are. No thanks.

Starting new and fresh things in multiple different ways. I chatted this morning over on my stories about different ways I get myself back together to feel better. As you know I’m taking a few days to work on myself. Journaling & reading is a big part of this journey for me.

Ever feel like you can’t express yourself speaking? Try writing down your thoughts, and you’d be surprised how much you can write and get off of your chest. You can gather so many emotions and thoughts just by putting them on paper, girl. ❤️

Something else I do is read books that I want to read. Either fiction books or books written by people that inspire me. I love seeing how other people handle struggles and get through situations & apply those solutions to my life.

Rough times come. You might think things are happening to you, but maybe try switching your mindset and thinking about how things are happening for you. Hard times happen so you can grow, learn, and move forward to become the best version of you. ✨

Let’s not be scared of new things or doing things for YOU! Being selfish is a beautiful thing. Taking time for yourself is a beautiful thing. Stay beautiful friend 💖
