Happy New Year! As life moves forward things change. Sometimes change can be scary. As my life moves forward I have had to make some hard decisions. Some I am not happy with but I know in the long run are whatโs best from me. Sadly I must announce the CrossFit Ozone will be closing at the end of January. I am sorry for ending this journey.
