Tuesday- 6pm to 7:30pm (Advanced Class)

Thursday- 6pm to 7:30pm (All Belts Class)

Friday - 6pm to 7:30pm (Open Matt upon request)

New Year, New Dojo! Join us tonight for beginner/Kids Class in our new school, between Anytime fitness and Life Comkujity Church on Cache Rd. Space is limited so we will have to put a cap on new students, so we don't all kick one another (by accident)!
