Glutes, Core and More is cancelled today at the Aggie Rec Center. The building closes at 5 pm today for a banquet. I will be teaching Zumba tonight at 6 p.m. at Lawton Fit! I would love to see you there!

Changing days for my boot camp class at the Aggie Rec Center! I'm now teaching on Thursdays at 5 p.m.! This Thursday I will be teaching from 5-5:45! Hope to see you there!

I'm super excited for the Christmas Dance Party on Saturday morning from 9:30-11 at Lawton Fit! If you were in my Latin Fit class on Monday, you got a preview of a few of the songs I'll be teaching.
