👊 Bring a Friend Day
Big thank you to everyone made sure we had a great turnout and brought friends this week. That’s how we grow this place the right way, and I really appreciate it.

🥋 Judo on Saturdays
Don’t forget we’ve got Judo with Professor Adrian every Saturday at 8am.
Great way to build your takedowns and overall game.

👕 No-Gi Gear Available
We’ve still got some academy No-Gi gear available. If you’ve been wanting a set, let me know and I’ll get you taken care of.

🥋 Gi’s in Progress
We’re currently designing and testing academy Gi’s. Still working through samples and details, but that’s coming soon.

🥋 Judo Program Added
We’ve officially added Judo with Professor Adrian on Saturday mornings at 8am.
He’s got 15+ years of experience and will be blending traditional Judo with wrestling concepts that translate directly to Jiu-Jitsu.

This is a great way to improve your takedowns and overall game.

👊 Kids – Bring a Friend Day
We’re starting a Bring a Friend Day on the first Tuesday of every month for the kids class.

If your child has a friend who’s been wanting to try Jiu-Jitsu, this is the perfect chance to bring them in and train together.

🏆 IBJJF Houston Open
The Houston Open is coming up soon.
If you’re interested in competing or just want more info, let me know and I’ll help you get pointed in the right direction.

Big thanks to everyone who came out for our grand opening + belt promotions — we had a great turnout, great energy, and it was amazing to see so many people come together to celebrate our growing team.

We’ve completed our move and remodel — and we’ve almost doubled our mat space! 💪🛠️

Big things are in the works for for ATOS League City. I’ve been working on a several exciting upgrades that I think everyone’s going to love.

Cade stepped up and competed — and while the outcome wasn’t what we hoped for, he did something most people will never do: he showed up, put it on the line, and tested himself under pressure.

That takes heart, courage, and character — and I’m proud of him for it. Wins and losses come and go, but the growth that happens when you step into that arena stays with you forever.

Back to the mats. Always forward. 👊

🛡 Team Atos
📍 Atos HQ – San Diego, CA

Just wrapped up an unforgettable few days at the BJJ Fanatics Camp hosted at Atos HQ, training under two legends — Professor Bernardo Faria and Professor André Galvão.

It was a powerful experience getting to train twice a day, connect with amazing people from all over the world, and sharpen my game at the home of Team Atos. The vibe at HQ is next level — the atmosphere, hospitality, and love in that room is something truly special.

🔥 Bonus highlight — a special final-day class with World Champion Professor Joao Bisnaga, with some amazing Guard play details!

Huge thank you to everyone who made the camp such a memorable time. I’m heading home sore, inspired, and already looking forward to next year.
