• Position: Center Back
• What does Robert love about soccer?
Robert loves a lot of things about soccer, but what he enjoys most is the feeling of making a good play that helps his team. He also loves when the team comes together, plays well, and earns a big win, especially against a tough opponent.
• What does he do well?
Robert is a hard worker who always gives 100%. He’s extremely competitive and has a knack for being in the right place at the right time. Defensively, he does a great job shutting down attacks and taking away dangerous opportunities on our side of the pitch. He’s been a huge addition to our back line and has been one of our U13 starters since day one. He’s someone we can count on to compete every time he steps on the field.
• Areas where he has improved:
Robert has really improved his decision-making under pressure. He’s getting better at his body positioning, understanding where he needs to be on the field, and knowing when to step up and attack the ball or stay patient defensively. His overall vision of the game has also grown, and you can see him becoming more confident in reading plays and making the right decision.
• Fun Fact:
Robert has been playing soccer since he was four years old and has only missed one season, the COVID season!

•Player: Evan D.👏⚡️⚽️
•Team: LUSC U11B Elite
•Position: Goalkeeper (K), Center Back (CB), and Central Defensive Midfielder/Central Midfielder (CDM/CM).
•What they love about soccer: He loves the fierce competition, the tight-knit teamwork, and the daily challenge of improving his game.
•What they do well: Evan plays with the heart of a warrior and is an incredibly vocal leader who keeps his team’s motor running. He stands out for his phenomenal resilience—he never lets his head drop after a mistake and instantly gets right back to work. He is a highly coachable, selfless teammate who always puts the group first.
•Areas where they have improved: He has worked tirelessly on his tactical positioning and has developed a reliable, effective first touch that allows him to settle the ball cleanly and deliver intentional, purposeful passes out to the wide flanks.
• Fun facts or accomplishments you'd like to highlight:
• Tournament Grit: He recently helped lead his team through a grueling, high-level bracket at the CSI tournament to a 1-0-2 record against teams playing six divisions higher, followed immediately by a spectacular league win over the first-place team on completely exhausted legs.
• International Roots: He has been playing soccer almost his entire life, first falling in love with the sport when he started playing in Germany at just three years old.
• Big Dreams: He fuels his hard work on the pitch with the ultimate goal of one day playing college soccer for The Ohio State University.
• School & Community Leader: Off the pitch, he is a bright and active student leader at Bradley Elementary, where he participates in the school band, choir, JR Guard, Fitness Club, and Student Council. He also loves being outdoors with friends, getting lost in a good book, and running 5K races.

•Position: Center Back
•What he loves about soccer: He enjoys soccer because he loves to work towards goals he sets to play out in the game.
• What he does well: He is a solid wall back there on defense, he organizes the defense and hustles to loose balls to help spark our counter attacks.
•Areas he has improved: He has improved his footwork and physicality, he is not afraid of taking a 1v1 with skill and not afraid of throwing his body into contact to win possession for our team.
•Fun fact: He loves playing with his friends outside and outdoor adventures (hiking, biking, camping, fishing, hunting). He is a great teammate and constantly encourages his teammates through his actions on the field. He asks questions when he doesnt understand something and has a desire to learn to get better.

•What she loves about soccer: She loves that she gets to play soccer with her friends.
• What she does well: She is great at stopping the ball and keeping the goalie clean!
•Areas she has improved: She’s added a much better touch on the ball & is fearless on the field!
•Fun fact: She and 4 other teammates perform as a quintet singing group…they only do car concerts for their coach though….lucky him 😂☺️

•Position: Midfield
•What he loves about soccer: "The opportunity to learn new things and improve skills to score goals to help his team."
•What he does well: Isaac is very coachable and shows up to every game and practice trying his best to get better and be a good player and teammate.
•Areas where he has improved: Isaac has improved greatly with his passing and kicking technique since the beginning of the season.
•Fun fact: Isaac made his own analogy of a soccer game as it is like reading a book. The team has to do things in the correct order to go to the next step so that it makes sense. If you read a book out of order you don't know what is going on.
