Good morning all. Any interest in water aerobics this year?

Events are up for Monday. This way everyone knows who to expect. Join each one you want and see you Monday!!!

Alright we have lots of interest in a walking group so let's get this started.
Choose your interest in the comments and we can go from there.

1. Early morning - 5a
2. Late morning - 7a
3. Afternoon - 5p
4. Evening - 7p
5. Other - provide time.

Once we have a gauge of the most popular times we can get a start date!

This is my current gym and they are having a huge re-opening next weekend here in Lebanon! Let me know if you’re interested. They have a pool and childcare and amazing classes.

The weather is finally starting to get nicer and we have tons of new people in here! What are your interests for spring/summer? Please keep in mind whatever is done will have to be outdoors due to no rec center. I’m open to whatever!

Ladies I’m so sorry but I need to cancel this week. With the first week of school and Ade having an ear infection, it’s just too much. I’d like to get back to it next week at night until the end of the month (or when the pool closes).

Hey ladies. Class is cancelled tonight. I’ve been paged and have to work an issue for work. Tomorrow I am going to have a 1215 and a 645 class. Even if just for one person! I hope you all can make one of them. Or both if you’re up to it 🙂

Class at 6 tomorrow night. It’ll be worth it! Legs and core!!!

Chance of rain looks to be about 70 percent. If it is raining, thundering or lightening, the 11:15 class will be cancelled today.
