IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR CLASSES - 6.10
Hello everyone,

A quick update for classes tonight. The CTC will be very warm, so we are adjusting both sessions for comfort and safety.

Bullyproof will begin at 5:30 PM and run for about 30–40 minutes. There will be no warm‑up and no dodgeball at the end. Students may choose whether or not they want to participate today.

Combatives will begin at 7:30 PM and also run for about 30–40 minutes.

Be sure to bring plenty of water.

Gracie Combatives and CTC calendar for June 2026

Big energy on the mat tonight! With so many new students starting, our classes are growing into an awesome, full crew. It’s great seeing everyone learning, helping each other, and building confidence together.

Huge congratulations to Luna!
She earned her 2nd stripe in our Gracie Bullyproof: Jr. Combatives program, and we’re so proud of the focus, effort, and confidence she brings to every class.

Amazing work, Luna — keep showing up, keep learning, and keep having fun on the mat. Your progress is inspiring.

Quick update for everyone:
Classes are canceled tonight — David injured his shoulder and needs to rest.
And don’t forget, there are no classes this Wednesday (per the CTC calendar).

Looks like I'm behind on my posting! Steve received his 4th stripe in the Gracie Combatives program! Next step is filming his techniques and getting that Combatives belt!

Gracie Combatives and CTC Calendar May 2026

Hello Gracie Family!

Due to the high risk of severe weather in our area this evening, we have made the decision to cancel all classes scheduled for tonight. The safety of our students and families is our top priority.

Please stay safe and take all necessary precautions as the weather develops. We will share any additional updates as needed.

Big congratulations to Eliza and Kellen!

Both earned their White/Yellow belts through our Gracie Bullyproof: Jr. Combatives program — an important milestone that recognizes their consistency, focus, and growing skill.

Even though they’re already training in our Gracie Combatives classes, students their age continue to earn promotions through the Jr. Combatives system until they fully age into the adult curriculum. These two are doing an awesome job bridging both programs and bringing great energy to the mat.
