we offer tumble teams to after school program, rec and competitive cheer. WE ARE THE ONLY USASF CERTIFIED GYM IN THE LACLEDE COUNTY AREA. ALL STAFF IS TRAINED EXTENSIVELY IN SAFETY AND SPOTTING, WITH CONTINUAL EDUCATION. WE ARE PROUD TO SAY THAT WE LOVE WHAT WE DO AND WE DO IT WELL.

One of the worst things an athlete can say after correction is: “I know.”

It shuts down growth. It signals resistance.
And it tells your coach you’re not ready to learn.

Let’s flip the mindset 👇

✅ Ask questions
✅ Stay curious
✅ Receive feedback with humility
✅ Keep trying, even when you don’t feel like it

Your attitude toward correction shapes your effort.
Growth starts when ego steps aside.

I know so often its athletes being hard on themselves, and when you see that, give extra grace to that player.
