we offer tumble teams to after school program, rec and competitive cheer. WE ARE THE ONLY USASF CERTIFIED GYM IN THE LACLEDE COUNTY AREA. ALL STAFF IS TRAINED EXTENSIVELY IN SAFETY AND SPOTTING, WITH CONTINUAL EDUCATION. WE ARE PROUD TO SAY THAT WE LOVE WHAT WE DO AND WE DO IT WELL.

We had a great time at cheer camp today. When youre working, you dont take many pics. Best day though! Its so fun to see kids light up and take initiative to better themselves through sports! Look for July cheer camps, Open gyms and 1:1 lessons too!

I know its early but summer goes by too fast. Lessons in July... we will be having one on one sessions July 14, spots available between 12-3pm. If you would like to get a spot with coach Holly or coach Kristina... let us know and save your spot today. Open to all friends of the gym, not just members!

Is this not the prettiest bunch of ladies you have ever seen? They came in and worked tonight. First practice for these teams in the books and tomorrow we see a few more teams. Im so excited for this season.
