🚦STOP & GO WEEK at Intrigue Gymnastics! 🤸♀️
Last week, our students focused on one of the most important parts of gymnastics—learning how to STOP and show strong, controlled shapes at the beginning, middle and end of every skill.
You may notice our coaches pausing athletes mid-turn to make corrections—and that’s intentional! Every skill in gymnastics has a specific shape, and mastering those positions builds strength, control, and confidence.
Rec classes enjoyed a fun game of Red Light, Green light for warm up, earned points for stopping in a front support in their pullovers & back hip circles on bars, and they played a stop & go game on beam with the coach as a traffic guard!
