With Mr Marchbank back he is ready to begin his exercise class open to the public. 💪

But Summit family members have first dibs!🎉

This Thursday at 7:30, plan to stay (or come) and workout!

There will be kicking and punching and body weight exercises at your level. Whatever that level is right now!

First class is free and we will open it up to the rest of the public early next week but please reserve your spot today! We’re only looking to start with 10-ish to really get him rolling!

We want to welcome back Mr. Marchbank and congratulate him on a job well done!
He is now Air Assault qualified and that is no easy task!

Mr Marchbank will also be taking over Thursday night classes and we are going back to our regular schedule.
5:30-6:30 white-green
6:30-7:30 green-black.

Green can go to either based on if they want to spar that night.

Well done Mr Marchbank! We are proud of you sir, and we see only good things in your future!

She is an amazing young lady and we are very proud of her. She’s come so far in the 4 short years she’s been with us!
