As we celebrate Independence Day, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and determination of those who fought to secure the freedoms we enjoy today.

Freedom is one of our nation’s greatest gifts. While we often think of it in terms of our country, freedom also exists on a personal level. The freedom to live confidently, move safely, and protect ourselves and those we love.

This July, we’re proud to offer our Women’s Self-Defense Class, designed to provide practical skills, increased awareness, and greater confidence in everyday situations.

Self-defense isn’t about living in fear. It’s about being prepared, capable, and empowered.

Join us as we celebrate strength, confidence, and independence.

Our next event is on the books!

We will be doing a women’s self defense class 25 July with special guest instructor Mr. Kristoffer Morrison from one of our brother schools, ITFA Taekwon-Do Oklahoma.

And this is more than a self defense class, we will be donating half of the proceeds to a local charity.
