We pretty much laugh, sweat, make weird noises, dance, laugh, build muscle, get our cardio in, and laugh some more at Flyte District. Our hiphop cardio class is a favorite and it doesn’t ever disappoint. Sometimes we just embrace looking silly learning new moves.
