Paragon Star is pleased to welcome Michael Rodriguez to our team as our new Director of Corporate Partnerships & Advertising!

In this role, Michael will focus on the creation of new partnerships between Paragon Star and local businesses through various mutually beneficial sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

Michael is a Kansas City native and an avid sports fan. His involvement includes coaching youth soccer for 20 years with the Black Fire Soccer Club and serving as a Chiefs Red Coater from 1988 to 2008. Merging his passion for sports and a working career, Michael has also worked in sales with local professional sports teams, such as the KC Wizards and KC Brigade. For the past 16 years, he has also served as Director of Ticket Sales for the KC Comets, while simultaneously spending four years working with the FCKC Blues.

Michael and his wife, Pam, call Lee's Summit their home and proudly have three daughters and four grandchildren.

Have you noticed our social channels have been a little extra fun, engaging, and active this summer? 👀📱 There’s a reason for that! Meet Angelina, the face behind the camera and the creative energy making the magic happen around Paragon Star all summer long. 💙

As our Social Media Intern, Angelina spent the summer capturing the action, interviewing coaches and kids out on the fields, finding fun stories to share, and helping bring the Paragon Star experience to life online. She quickly became such a valuable part of our team and made a big impact on our social presence — and, honestly, she’s going to be pretty hard to replace!

Now, Angelina is heading back to college to start her senior year, and while we’re sad to see her go, we’re so excited to see what’s next for her. Thank you, Angelina, for all of your creativity, hard work, and the fun you brought to Paragon Star this summer. We’re going to miss having you around! 🎓💙
