Meet Ignisius — a young man with a mission. His goal when he came to me was simple: get into the best possible shape before shipping out for Basic Training. He will be joining the Missouri Air Guard.
Over the last 2 months, we locked in and pushed through a variety of training methods designed to build strength, endurance, and discipline. From the basics — pushups, sit-ups, and mile runs — to more challenging strength and conditioning sessions, every workout had one purpose: prepare him for what’s next.
In just 8 weeks, Ignisius dropped over 9 inches, 5% body fat, and gained nearly 7 pounds of lean muscle mass. The goal wasn’t extreme weight loss — it was daily improvement, both physically and mentally.
I couldn’t be prouder of the work he put in and the mindset he brought every single session. It takes a special kind of dedication to push your limits and make the ultimate decision to serve your state and country.
