Lee's Summit Tiger Wrestling Club Lee's Summit Wrestling Club is a youth wrestling club serving Lee's Summit MO and surrounding area youth. Kids learn the sport of wrestling in a fun, safe, and challenging team environment from experienced volunteer coaches.

Thanks to all who were able to make it to our end of season banquet.

So proud of all of our wrestlers for an amazing season of progress and congrats to our award winners.

Wrestler of the Week ("WOW") goes to Ari Lindgren:

Coach's Shoutout: Ari is an 8U wrestler who has had an awesome season so far. He continues to grow as a wrestler each week and has had lots of success this season including dominating at Districts this past weekend. We love having Ari in our wrestling room and are excited to watch him continue in his success.

Keep up the good work Ari!

🤼‍♂️ LS Tigers practice schedule update 🤼‍♀️:

Effective today, Mon Feb. 6th, all Monday and Wednesday practices will be from 6-7:30pm (no more split schedules).

The remainder of practices will be geared toward getting wrestlers prepared for upcoming tournaments and Districts. If your child will not be competing in more tournaments this season, they are not required to come to practice.

More details to come on our end of season banquet!!

Wrestler of the Week (“WOW”) is Harrison Wilson!!

Coach’s Shoutout: Harrison is a 12U wrestler who has shown tremendous growth this season. He has worked super hard in the practice room and its showing at tournaments. This past weekend he wrestled 5 matches with 5 pins to take gold. We are so proud of him. Keep it up Harrison!

We will have an end of the season banquet where everyone can get together one last time and turn in singlets. More info to come on that.

February 5th, 2023 - Lees Summit North HS - Already Full, registration closed

February 5th, 2023 - Eudora, KS - Registration deadline is Feb. 3rd at 10:00pm (if enough interest)

February 11, 2023 - Trenton - Registration Deadline is Feb. 8th

February 19, 2023 - Higginsville - Registration Deadline is Feb. 13th

March 4, 2023 - Districts in Clinton, MO - Registration Deadline is Feb. 25th (They will not close registration early for districts. They will also not accept any late entries)

March 11, 2023 - Regionals in Ray-Pec - Wrestlers must qualify for this tournament at districts

March 24-26, 2023 - State at Hy-Vee arena in Kansas City - Wrestlers must qualify for this tournament at regionals

Wrestler of the Week (“WOW”) is 10U wrestler, Bennett Bergland.

Coach’s shoutout: Bennett has been consistently putting in the work and it shows. He has taken gold 5 times this year already and he’s not done yet! We are excited to where this kid goes!!!!

All practices are cancelled tonight (Wed 1/25) due to weather.

Wrestler of the Week (“WOW”) goes to Jaxson Binder!!!!

Jaxson was a 6U State Champion last weekend!!! He is such a fun kid with great energy and enthusiasm. He gives everyone a run for their money and we love having him in our wrestling room. Jaxson has a great wrestling career ahead of him. Keep up the good work!
