Do you love sports, serving people, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

We're looking for energetic, dependable team members who are ready to be part of something bigger than a job—they're ready to help create an incredible experience for every athlete, family, and guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:
-Deliver exceptional customer service
-Support facility operations and special events
-Support TM Fit Café operations and special events
-Help keep our facility clean, organized, and game-day ready
-Work alongside an amazing team to create a welcoming environment for our community

What We're Looking For:
✔ Positive attitude
✔ Team-first mentality
✔ Strong work ethic
✔ Ability to adapt as priorities change throughout each shift
✔ Passion for sports, fitness, and serving others

Availability Required:
• Monday evenings
• Wednesday evenings
• Weekend shifts (days & evenings)
• Additional evenings and special events as needed

This is a cross-trained role where you'll learn every aspect of our operation—from the front desk and café to events and facility support—while helping shape the future of TM as a Performance Training Facility.
