Join us this Saturday, March 14th for a free knife defense workshop! Every month on the 2nd Saturday from 10:00am - 11:30am we host a free self-defense workshop that is open to the community. You'll gain:
• Greater situational awareness
• Knowledge about types of violent threats
• Training in defenses against an attacker, giving you the skills necessary to keep yourself and your loved ones safe!

This is open to anyone age 13 and above (minors must be have a parent/guardian present), so share it with your friends and family! This Saturday’s workshop will focus on scenarios and defenses against a knife wielding assailant. Register now, as space is limited!

This St. Valentine's Day, join us for a free self-defense workshop to better protect yourself and your loved ones! We will focus on fundamental self-defense skills, situational awareness, and decision-making under stress. Topics include:

- 3rd-party defense scenarios (protecting someone else in a violent situation)
- Preparing and planning for violent threats
- Anti-social aggression versus asocial violence
- Different types of predators
- Scenarios with different violent threats, including armed robbery

The goal: Learn to better protect your loved ones, so you and they can walk in peace.
