🔥 TRANSFORMATION STORY 🔥
Meet Lexi! Lexi first tried Burn when her workplace was offered a free class and everyone decided to go together just for fun. What she didn’t know then was that one workout would completely change her life. 💙
“I remember being absolutely terrified before my first camp. I was convinced I was going to be the slowest and weakest person there and wouldn’t be able to keep up… which honestly was kind of true at first 😂 But looking back, I think that’s exactly what I needed.
Before Burn, I had never worked out consistently. I had never run a mile, never done a burpee, and honestly never saw myself as someone who enjoyed fitness at all. Starting was HARD, but little by little I kept showing up.
Now, I can run multiple miles, hit weightlifting goals I never thought I’d reach, and do way more burpees in a row than I ever imagined. Plus as a bonus, I have gotten to my goal weight, gained muscle, and become so much stronger physically and mentally!!
One of the craziest parts is that I’ve realized I genuinely LOVE leg day and cardio days… something old me would never believe 😂
But more than the workouts, the people are what keep me coming back. I’ve made so many amazing friends through Burn who hype me up, encourage me, and push me to be better every single day. The community here is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
Burn has truly changed the way I see myself, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.”
