WE'RE HIRING!
XGT is looking for a Part-Time Instructional Program Assistant to join our team!

We're looking for someone who:
• Loves working with children
• Is dependable, enthusiastic & responsible
• Enjoys supporting and encouraging others
• Takes initiative and has a growth mindset

What you'll do:
🤸 Support our instructional gymnastics programs
📋 Help with lesson planning
⭐ Coach and engage with athletes
🙌 Support and encourage our coaching team

Schedule:
Mon–Fri | 4:30 - 7:00 PM
Saturday | 9:00 AM - 12:30/2:30 PM
Additional hours may be available.

Perfect for someone interested in education, child development, sports management, and / or youth development!
Gymnastics or coaching experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

Other positions available? Yes! Tumbling Coach and Gymnastics Coach.
