With so many life changes I have decided to rebrand and focus on building an online fitness and nutrition service. As my children are growing up before my eyes it is more evident I need to be present more than a few hours a day.

I am looking forward to providing personalized fitness routines and nutrition plans online.

I am also working on putting together some of my favorite go to meals and recipes with the Macros broke down. I'll keep everyone posted.

As always I am beyond grateful for all the support!

Thanks to aspirin I have to take everyday to prevent blood clots and SMR I’m covered in sexy bruises lol. SMR has definitely helped reduce inflammation.
