Our curriculum consists of teaching all star cheerleading, tumbling, and gymanstics
We focus not only on the skill, but, the strength and conditioning that it takes to perform a particular stunt. Our staff is continually studying and looking for new and interesting ways to teach. Spirit Zone prides itself on being kid friendly.

Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate 21 years of Spirit Zone!! It may have been our birthday, but we’d like to give a gift to you. This year, Spirit Zone will be offering a full-ride scholarship to one athlete! Spirit Zone is excited to have the ability to help one family and make a difference in their year. Showstoppers Registration is open for the Fall 2026 Session!!
As we wrap up Summer Session and look towards the Fall, be sure to enroll your athlete in Showstoppers. This 8 week program has become a favorite in the gym and is a great introduction to cheerleading without a big commitment. Showstoppers practice one hour a week on Thursdays 6-7 pm. A one time registration is due upon enrollment and covers tuition, shirt, and poms.
Our Fall Session will perform at Showcase on November 7th!! Register today and come check us out this Saturday to watch the Summer Showstoppers perform at Birthday Bash at 2 pm!!
