Virginia is now moving into Phase 3 of the Covid-19 reopening guidelines. We are open by appointment only with private sessions. Maintaining social distancing will be required. Masks are optional while training. You have the option to request that your trainer wear a mask while training. Routine cleaning before during and after are in place. Please bring your own towel and there is plenty of water and sanitizer. Best of all we can now work together to be strong, happy, and healthy. Since 2005, our studios have been providing private and semiprivate personal training services. We have always taken pride in our cleaning and sanitizing standards, and increased our efforts following the coronavirus outbreak prior to shutdown. Once we are allowed to reopen, you can trust that we will take every measure to maintain a clean, safe, and ultra-sanitized environment for our beloved clients. Thank you for your ongoing support and we look forward to training you again soon.
If anyone is interested cloth masks- we have them for $10/mask. Also has sizes that fit children.
Despite the fact that our studios are private and semi private and not only thoroughly clean but sanitized the current regulation as of midnight last night requires us to close until further notice by the state. Please keep yourself safe, try to get in as much home and outdoor exercise as possible, and we are looking forward to welcoming you back as soon as we are able to.
