Final General Session Meeting of the season will begin at 8pm tonight. See your email for the Zoom link. All members are welcome but the meeting is not mandatory. We'll review the team survey and elect 4 board members to serve a 2yr term for specific positions.

Lydia, the Junior Coaches, and I are all so excited to start practices today!
Here are a few things to remember:

* Be sure goggles are adjusted correctly and names are written somewhere on the strap if possible. Label fins as well.

* All swimmers should stand away from the lanes until their group is called. You will hear a cow bell and then we will call the age groups.

* Please be patient! During the first several practices we will observe swimmer's strengths and assign them a lane where they will be in the best learning spot. This may take a couple practices.

* If you have any questions or concerns, please find a Board member on deck to share with. The other coaches and I cannot lose focus during or in between practices.

* And lastly, let's all show our gratitude throughout this season by thanking a Board member, a Junior Coach, or even the lifeguards for supporting our team!

Hi everybody! My name is Lydia Casey and I’m so excited to be your Assistant Coach and mentor this year! I have been swimming on this team for 10 years and been a junior coach for 4 years! I also swim and play varsity soccer for Tuscarora High School. I graduate this year in June and plan on going to Northern Virginia Community College. I cant wait to see all of you and have a great swim season!
