We’re excited to announce that Grandmaster Relson Gracie (9th degree Red Belt) will be visiting Mastery Jiu-Jitsu! 😎
He’ll be teaching two special seminars, one for kids and another for adults. 🤙
The event is Monday, September 21st. It’s open for kids (6+ years old) and for adults of all levels. Non-members are welcome to attend. 🤜🤛

It makes sense that we train with regular street clothes (once in a while) since Mastery Jiu-Jitsu’s main focus is to prepare students for a real self-defense altercation instead of a purely sport competition.🤜🤛

The moves and strategies used for a competition are not always applicable for real-life self-defense.🚫
Our Warrior Women program is accessible to any female (not just athletes) who want to learn real self-defense Jiu-Jitsu techniques to feel safe when they go about their day: jogging, travelling, college campus, gas station, metro, etc. 👊

This is one of the elements of our methodology of teaching Jiu-Jitsu to kids. 😎
We’re guiding their hands and feet into place, basically doing 80% of the move for them. With consistency and dedication, they’ll require less and less help from the instructors. 👊 Eventually, as I predicted in the video, they create enough muscle memory to execute the technique on their own with no need of assistance.🔥
That’s 15 years of sharpening how we teach kids Jiu-Jitsu in Leesburg. In addition we make class fun and enjoyable, because that’s how kids learn best.😀
If you are wondering wether your child is ready, we’ve done this hundreds of times. Your kid would be in good hands.
