When they could have been at home curled up on the phone listening to it rain — THEY SHOWED UP!!
First 2026 summer workout was a success!
Today was all about Body Weight Basics:
✔️ Squats
✔️ Split Squats
✔️ Assisted Pull-Ups
✔️ Push-Ups
✔️ And more!
Once they perfect these basic movements with body weight, they’ll be more prepared to safely and successfully hit the weights for sports later on. Strong foundations create strong athletes!
It’s not too late to get in on the action!
🚨 9AM class is FULL
✅ I still have availability in my 8AM classes on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the summer.
Proud of these athletes already. They came ready to work!
