🔪 Custom build for a brother — made to be used. 🔪
This one was a custom request from a good buddy of mine, Ben — and it pushed me outside of my comfort zone in all the right ways. The process challenged me, expanded my skills, and helped me grow as a maker.
🔹 Steel: 80CRV2 with a parkerized zinc phosphate finish
🔹 Handle: Canvas Micarta
🔹 Guard: Damascus cutoff gifted by Mike LeValley Knives — an incredible maker and someone I’ve learned a lot from. Grateful to carry a piece of his work in this build.
🔹 Jimping: Hand-filed
🔹 Etching: Electro-acid etched maker’s mark
🔹 Sheath: Leather-wrapped Kydex in a scabbard-style with scout carry loop, embossed with my maker’s mark
This knife was made with intention — not just to perform, but to represent the relationships and lessons that come with this craft. Big thanks to Ben for trusting me with this build, and to Mike for the continued support and inspiration.

Gotta get a….handle on this heat (pun intended) it’s a day for getting handle scales mounted and man it’s a hot one, had to break out the sweat band for this one. Stay hydrated.
