Just in time for the new school year!
Being a teen can be tough! They are bombarded by messages telling them what they should be. MindStrength is a program that helps girls gain confidence in who they are as individuals. Some of the topics we'll be covering are values, self-worth, gratitude, growth mind-set, thoughts, attitude, & character. Some of the exercise modalities we'll be trying out are pilates, circuit training, dance, yoga, Zumba & hiking. We'll talk about the mind body connection and how our mental and physical health are connected and how they can be strong.

It has been such a great year with these adorable dancers! They are so kind and fun! It was so fun to see them grow as dancers and make friends. Brynn Lillywhite Photography did a beautiful job with all the photos!

Classes have begun and there are spots available! Come and try a class for free!

3-4 yr old Creative Dance/Pre-ballet-Thursdays 10:00-11:00 am

5-7 yr old Creative Dance/Pre-ballet-Thursdays 4:30-5:30 pm

8-11 yr old Jazz/Hip Hop-Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm

8-11 yr old Ballet-Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 pm

This birthday party was tutu fun for the cute birthday girl! It was so fun to see her and her guests' excitement!

They decorated wooden wands, danced, played pin the tutu on the ballerina, had fun with balloons and a parachute, ate cupcakes, and of course, opened fun presents! I wondered how the little boys would react to a ballerina party but they were such great sports!
