It’s the little things in life that make me smile ... like getting my new notebook from ... My notebooks are important to me and it was awesome to get one personalized with the Phoenix Project logo on it. Listening to book judgement detox ... again like my new hat not something I would have never tried ... but thanks you know who you are ... her concept of journaling as part of her detox is inspiring and look forward to using my new journal to execute.

I’ve fallen behind on (surprise surprise) but I have a good excuse this time! I attended National Conference in Cleveland this week and spent the week learning about all the successes and ongoing conservation work for wildlife. I was still trying to keep up, my sketches were just hastily added into my notes at lectures! So here are days 5-10

We are strong and resilient. Our scars help tell the story of where we've been and who we've become, reminding us of what we have overcome and conquered.
Our Notebooks and Field Journals capture all this like nothing else can.
