Congrats to our kids team for placing first overall at the pit challenge tournament this weekend! They have been working incredibley hard the last few months to prepare and it showed. Thank you to Carl Sims, Miyo Strong and Mike Zimmerman for putting on a great event.

Our new women’s only Jiu-jitsu/self-defense class keeps growing, come train with us!

Schedule change! Women’s only Jiu jitsu will now be held every Monday and Wednesday at 6 p.m.

NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT! Starting Monday June 15th we will be starting a women’s only Brazilian Jiu jitsu class. This will be a beginner friendly class focusing on using Jiu jitsu for real world self defense. Please share and spread the word!
