Congrats on your failure. Congrats on feeling lost. Congrats on starting late. Congrats on every mistake. Most people never even try. That lost, awkward, “I have no idea what I’m doing” feeling just means you’ve already outgrown the version of yourself who stayed on the sidelines. You still started. You still showed up when it would’ve been easier to quit. And now you get to learn and grow — one slice, one bunker, one “why did I think this was a good idea” moment at a time. Starting in your 40s isn’t too late. It’s the exact right time to prove you can still become the person who actually does the thing instead of just wishing she had.

Chipping advice can get complicated fast. Hinge your wrists. Don’t hinge your wrists. Keep your hands quiet. Use your hands more. 😅

The good news? You don’t have to make it that complicated.
I’m realizing a natural wrist hinge is a great place to start. Lettibg my body turn, let my hands follow, and focus on creating a motion that feels comfortable and repeatable.

And remember: there isn’t one perfect chipping technique for everyone. Different shots may call for different feels, and part of learning golf is discovering what works for you. 💛

So give yourself permission to experiment. Hit a few chips. Try different feels. Keep the ones that build confidence and consistency.

Golf gets a lot more fun when we stop chasing “perfect” and “know it alls” and just start building our own game. ⛳️

Save this for your next practice session—and tell me in the comments: what chipping tip has helped you the most?

You don’t have to grow up playing golf to fall in love with it. More women are discovering the game later in life than ever before—for the fresh air, the friendships, the challenge, and the chance to spend a few hours away from the noise of everyday life. The best part? Golf doesn’t care when you start. Every round is a new opportunity to learn, improve, and enjoy the journey.

The momentum is real. Women now account for a record 8.1 million on-course golfers, with participation growing 46% since 2019. Whether you’re picking up a club for the first time at 25, 45, or 65, there’s never been a better time to join the game. Grab a friend, take a lesson, play nine holes, and see where the journey takes you. The next generation of golf isn’t just younger—it’s more welcoming, more diverse, and growing every day. ⛳️💚 So glad to be here growing and sharing it with you all.

Why “Muse” in the brand name?

Because I believe golf isn’t just a mechanical game—it’s a creative one.

A muse is both a source of inspiration and the practice of thinking deeply. That’s the mindset behind this page: helping golfers play with more curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Most golfers are taught that golf is mechanical. Which it is..
Grip. Stance. Swing path. Positions.

But the golfers who play their best know something else…

Golf is also a creative process.

That’s why I chose to include the word Muse.

A muse is a source of inspiration—but it also means to think deeply and reflectively. That’s exactly the mindset I want to bring to golf.

Because your best shots don’t come from forcing perfection.
They come from curiosity, creativity, and focused intention.

The more curious you become, the more creative your golf becomes.

And creativity thrives when your mind is calm, focused, and open.

These are the 5 mindset shifts I come back to every time I play:
✨ Get curious, not critical.
✨ Visualize before you swing.
✨ Focus on what you can control.
✨ Let nature reset your mind.
✨ Treat every round as an experiment.

Your next breakthrough probably isn’t hiding in another swing tip.

It might be hiding in the way you think.
