Simply Yoga provides Vinyasa Flow classes for beginners and yogis who have been at it a lifetime. Basic, All Level, and Advanced Power Level classes will be available. Classes are generally 60 minutes and are conducted in an 80-85 degree environment. It’s not hot yoga, but it’s warm enough to help you get your blood flowing and detox your mind and body. Through October 25th, we are proud to be a collection site for the Book + Stuffed Animal Drive sponsored by our friends at Three Stories Bookstore & More 📖

This drive will provide books and stuffed animals for children during their stay at the Lurie Children's Hospital division of NWM Central DuPage Delnor Hospital 🧸

Drop off your donation in the collection box in our lobby before or after any of our classes ☯️
