Ok, I am going to be that girl right now. I am just excited about the progress I have made in 6 weeks. I work out 4 times a week and eat a strict diet for over 2 months. You have to start somewhere.

The last 9 months have definitely been a rollercoaster and I wanted to share a photo I recently took. I have always felt insecure, fat, not good enough and this lead me on a journey of self discovery and I now know that I am a confident, strong, successful, smart, and beautiful woman. I am not a size 2. I am ME! I am living life to its fullest. I have been working on my mind, body, and soul. I want to post this and hopefully it will inspire others. Never hide who you are!
