Today marks the end of an incredible chapter.
As Burn30 begins a new journey under the ownership of Workout with Jenn, we simply want to say thank you.
Thank you to every client who trusted us with your health, cheered each other on, and made Burn30 so much more than a gym. The friendships and memories we’ve built together will always mean the world to us.
A special thank you to our amazing trainers—Becky, Allison, and Derrick. Your passion, encouragement, and genuine care for every client have been the heart of Burn30. We couldn’t have asked for a better team.
We’re also excited for Jenn and her team as they take the reins. Alicia and I know Burn30 is in great hands, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.

We have some big news to share.

After four and a half wonderful years, Burn30 will transition to new ownership on July 1. We’re excited to announce that Jenn Dusart will be taking the reins as Burn30 becomes Workout with Jenn – Lemoyne.

For our current clients, it’s important to know that everything will remain the same through the end of June. And while the name on the door will change in July, much of what you’ve come to know and love about Burn30 will remain. Becky, Allison, and Derrick will continue working with clients, and the supportive community that makes this place special isn’t going anywhere.

While this change is bittersweet for us, we’re confident the gym is in great hands. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the Burn30 family. Your commitment to living healthier, stronger lives has inspired us every step of the way.

Current clients can expect additional information in the coming days via email and through their trainers.

Warm weather = Salad Season!

Salads are a great option for those hot days ahead. But that doesn’t mean they have to be boring. Try out this fun (and cold) twist on fajitas with this Black Bean Fajita Salad. It makes for an easy, flavorful option for lunch or dinner. Try it out!

Ingredients:
3 tbsp. avocado oil

2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. ground cumin
¾ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
Salt and Pepper
1 (15-ounce) can low-sodium black beans, rinsed
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
½ cup chopped yellow bell pepper
⅓ cup chopped red onion
3 cups roughly chopped arugula
1 cup broken tortilla chips
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Whisk oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add the rinsed beans, bell pepper, and onion; stir to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes. Add the arugula, broken chips, and cilantro. Toss well and serve immediately.
