Why do we put off things (especially for our health)? Why do we think it's too much time, too much work (pick a reason/excuse). We get to a point where if we don't do something now, there may not be a later. Don't be that person. Do something now that you'll be thankful for later.

Old is a state of mind. It is not a number. I want our generation to begin to change people's perception of what old looks like. Our children and grand children deserve our best!
