Third Eye Movement Culture- Lenoir City

This is very late in coming, but I want to congratulate and honor Zac Ward for getting out there and competing.
This was his first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition and he medaled in both gi and no gi.
It was cool to see Zac land some awesome throws. His opponents were some great competitors.

Training the brain as well as the body; putting together a new cirriculum.

Got my training in with my coach, Laban Propst, this morning. Then refilled the tank with Island Fin Poke. They’ve got some good food. Check them out!
