This weekend we challenged our 9U boys to play up a classification — and they embraced it. The box score didn’t go our way, but the growth was bigger than the results.

🔥 Game 1: Diamond Heat Campana — L, 10-0
🔥 Game 2: Knoxville Smokies — L, 9-6

These boys battled all day, competed hard, and never backed down from the challenge. Proud of the toughness, effort, and attitude they showed against a their competition.

We played bigger. We competed harder. We got better.

A tough start didn’t define the weekend.

After going 0-2 on Saturday, the Tri Stars came back Sunday determined and ready to compete. The boys went 2-0 in bracket play, putting together two big wins:

* ⚾ 14-2 over the 931 Sluggers in the elimination game
* 🏆 21-11 over Hitmen 10U in the Championship Game

0-2 Saturday ➜ 2-0 Sunday ➜ CHAMPIONS 🏆
