My Story

Hello, My name is Chris Waddell, I opened my Martial Arts academy in 2005 in Lenoir City, Tennessee.

I teach :
- TaeKwonDo
- Gracie Jiu-Jitsu
- Self-Defense
Now that’s just putting it simply, and using labels.

I focus on Training, Learning, and Evolving.
Come train with me and see what my program is all about.
Everything I teach I base on simple effective ways to defend yourself.

Martial arts has been proven to help children and adults in there daily life. It teaches children how to focus and also channel energy into a positive way helping their grades and attention. Children are also taught when and where not to use their martial arts. It is not used to start fights but it will teach the children how to stand up for themselves and defend themselves if it comes down to that.

My goals is to make everyone get in better shape and be able to protect themselves if problems every come along.
