When the gym at Stella at the Medical Center in Houston needed a full refresh, the ask was simple yet complex: remove the old equipment, bring in a cohesive new setup, and handle everything in between. We did all three.

The new cardio floor is built on Intenza's 450 series, clinical-grade machines known for quiet operation and the durability to hold up under daily, mixed-use traffic. For strength, we brought in a Hoist selectorized package, a dual-angle Smith machine, a full TKO rubber dumbbell set, and a Throwdown HIIT rower, all in matte black for a unified look. We also coordinated the trade-in of five existing pieces, keeping it a single-vendor, no-hassle transition.

From multifamily housing to medical, corporate, and luxury home spaces, we manage the whole process: design, equipment, delivery, installation, and ongoing service.
