What a weekend for CrossFit Sky 385!!!!! 🔥

So proud of the athletes who took on the 806 Classic In Amarillo Friday & Saturday! Behind these pictures are weeks of prepping, training, nerves before the first event, and teammates who kept pushing each other till the last rep!

We are TRULY thankful for those of you who came out to support us and those who routed for us from a distance!

We are also truly grateful for the mission behind the event! Thank you The 806 Classic for putting on ANOTHER banger! Sky 385 will see you again next year!!

To the Athletes who did enter the arena this weekend—-It takes a lot of courage to care about something enough to put yourself out there. You showed up and gave it your best & for that you should be proud!

“Fear and insecurity are part of human nature. You can either go through the motions and be superficially cool (but actually boring). Or you can step into the arena, lay it on the line, care deeply, make yourself vulnerable, and FULLY live your one and only life. Try Hard, and Give a care!” - Brad Stulberg

Is LIFE Class for you? 👀

Maybe you’ve wanted to try CrossFit, but the competitiveness feels intimidating.

Maybe you’ve thought, “I’m too old for that.”
Or “I’m not in good enough shape yet.”
Or “There’s no way I can do those movements.”

That’s exactly why we love our LIFE Class.

LIFE stands for Longevity in Functional Efficiency! The goal is to help you move well, build strength, improve your fitness, and stay capable for LIFE!!

You do not have to be able to lift heavy, run fast, jump on a box, or do a pull-up to start.

Everything can be modified. We meet you where you are TODAY and help you progress from there.

You are not too old.
You are not too out of shape.
And you definitely don’t have to “get fit first.”

If you want to get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in what your body can do! LIFE Class might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

Come try it with us at CrossFit Sky 385!
