One of the best parts of banquet night? The paper plate awards. 😂❤️

Every squad and every senior got their own captain superlatives — the inside jokes, the personalities, the habits everyone knows, and the little things that make each teammate part of the story of this season.

Some awards were hilarious. Some were crazy accurate. All of them were a reminder that this team is about so much more than race results.

It’s team dinners, boat loading, laughing at practice, surviving hard workouts together, and becoming the kind of group that truly knows each other.

That’s the culture we’re building at ORC.
Competitive on the water. Connected off of it.

And nights like this remind us just how special this team really is. ❤️💙
