Start with small, achievable steps like reducing your food intake or adding a workout routine. Fitness isn’t just about looking good - it’s also about feeling good both inside and out. That’s why I always encourage my clients to focus on building their mental strength along with their physical fitness. Believe me, self-development is key! So, I recommend reading or listening to personal growth books and affirming your worth every morning in front of the mirror. It might seem small, but reminding yourself of your strengths and accomplishments will go a long way in helping you stay motivated and achieve your goals.

When it comes to fitness, I always advise starting small and making achievable changes to your routine. It could be as simple as reducing your portion sizes or adding a 30-minute workout to your day. Whatever it is, start with a goal that you know you can achieve and work your way up from there. Remember, progress not perfection.
